Jeffrey was born in Wyoming in 1981, graduated high school in 2000 from Laramie Senior High, and then he served as a church missionary in the Philippines from 2000-2002. Upon his return, he began studying at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. In 2004, he married his wife Heather. They now have two children. Jeffrey graduated with a BS in Business Management from BYU in 2008 and then moved to the Memphis, Tennessee area to attend optometry school. He anticipates graduating in the spring on 2012 and then plans to move to the area around St. Louis, Missouri to begin his career as an optometrist.
His interests and hobbies include watching and playing basketball and other sports, reading, and most of all spending time with family and friends.
